After you have officially registered for MBA's 96th Annual Convention & Expo, you may purchase tickets to convention events. Pricing for these items are available on the downloadable [PDF] registration form.

Convention Events

Club MBA Dinner and Show
 October 13, 7:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.

Substitutions
Send requests in writing to the attention of "Registration Substitutions" and include a $50 processing fee. See "Five Easy Ways to Register" for contact information.

To guarantee that your name will appear on the advance registration list, your substitution request must be received on or before August 22. For your name to appear on the final registration list, substitutions must be received by September 11. After September 11, substitutions must be done on site.

After your substitution request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation letter from MBA with instructions on making a hotel reservation substitution. You must follow these instructions to retain the former registrant's hotel reservation.

Cancellations and Refunds
 Send requests in writing to "MBA Cancellations." See below for the refund schedule.

     * Received on or before September 11: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
     * Received between September 12 and October 2: Refund of 50 percent of the registration fee
     * October 2: No refunds after this date

Changes and refunds will not be made for ticketed events after September 11.

Program Cancellation
 In the unlikely event of program cancellation, MBA will refund 100 percent of registration fees paid. MBA assumes no liability for penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations or other fees, charges, penalties or incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation.

Special Group Discount Cancellation and Refund Policy
 If any person who has registered as part of the special group discounted rates cancels their registration, the standard Cancellations and Refunds policy will apply.  In addition, the group discounted rates will be adjusted if applicable.

Guest Policy
Each registrant is limited to one paid guest. A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other, friend or an adult child (18 or over) who is not in an industry-related occupation. Co-workers or associates in the industry may not use the guest registration category.
