MBA is pleased to offer group registration discounts to MBA members. Take advantage of the following pricing options when
you register five or more members from your company. In order to take advantage of the group registration discount, all registrations
must be submitted at the same time. Group Registrations are accepted via fax only. Fax to (202) 289-0671. Please download
and photocopy the convention registration form and provide a separate form for each member of your group.
Early registration received with payment by September 24:
Price per member when you register 5-10: $925 per person Price per member when you register 11-20: $865 per person
Regular registration received with payment after September 24:
Price per member when you register 5-10: $995 per person Price per member when you register 11-20: $950 per person

After you have officially registered for MBA's 97th Annual Convention & Expo, you may purchase tickets to convention events. Pricing for these items are available on the downloadable [PDF] registration form.

Send requests in writing to the attention of "Registration Substitutions" and include a $50 processing fee. See "Five Easy Ways to Register" for contact information.
In order to guarantee that your name will appear on the Advance Registration List, your substitution request must be received
on or before August 27. For your name to appear on the Final Registration List, substitutions must be received by September 24.
Send requests in writing to "MBA Cancellations." See below for the refund schedule.
* Received on or before September 24 : Full refund minus $50 processing fee * Received between September 25 - October 15: Refund of 50 percent of the registration fee * October 15: No refunds after this date
Send substitution and cancellation requests by fax, mail, express mail or email (see information in "Five Easy Ways to Register").
In the unlikely event of program cancellation, MBA will refund 100 percent of registration fees paid. MBA assumes no liability
for any penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other fees, charges, penalties or other
incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation.
Special Group Discount Cancellation and Refund Policy If any person who has registered as part of the special group discounted rates cancels their registration, the standard Cancellations
and Refunds policy will apply. In addition, the group discounted rates will be adjusted if applicable
Each registrant is limited to one paid guest. A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other, friend or an adult child
(18 or over) who is not employed in the mortgage industry. Guests do not include co-workers, business partners, public relations
representatives, colleagues or anyone else that is in the industry or an industry-related profession. Guests do not receive
conference materials and badges will not contain a company name. Guest name is not published in the official conference attendee
list. Exhibitors who wish to invite individuals to their booths, or those who wish to invite individuals to meetings held
at the conference facility within the MBA meeting area, may do so but the full registration fee would apply for any invited
individual. All guest registrations must be pre-approved by MBA registration staff.
