Registrants with confirmed reservations may contact their respective hotel to make changes and/or cancellations. Penalties
for early departure are enforced. DON'T BE A NO SHOW. If you cannot attend, you are responsible for canceling your reservation
through Experient or with the hotel. (MBA does not cancel hotel rooms.)

rentals. You can make your travel arrangements Monday through Friday, 24 hours a day. A proposed schedule will be sent to
you immediately. Reservations will include 5-10 percent savings depending on the destination and meeting. You may also call
our official air carriers and car rental agencies directly.
