locator. The site operates approximately seven months before the convention and a full year afterward, providing extra exposure
to your target audience.

Exhibitor participation is limited to those companies that regularly provide services and/or products for business organizations
or financial institutions that hold membership in or are eligible for membership in the association. Full payment must accompany
your application. If it becomes necessary for you to cancel before August 12, 2011, the full amount less a 25 percent service
charge of full cost of booth(s) may be obtained provided your notice is received in writing by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August
12.
Your booth confirmation and exhibitor's kit containing shipping guidelines, forms for drayage, labor, electrical services
and other pertinent information will be sent to you in late summer. Please send the completed application form with your check
