Each paid registrant may reserve only one room or suite. An attendee cannot reserve multiple rooms. Suite requests are approved
on a priority basis to the convention's paid Sponsors and/or Exhibitors.
Changes and Cancellations
Registrants with confirmed reservations may contact their respective hotel to make changes and/or cancellations. Penalties
for early departure are enforced.
Note: All reservations made within the MBA block must be for an active registration for MBA's 98th Annual Convention & Expo 2011.
MBA will monitor reservations on a regular basis. Any reservation that remains unaccompanied by an active registration for the convention will be subject to cancellation.
No refunds or changes for ticketed events after September 9, 2011.
