Save on Room Rates
MBA has responded to today's economic climate by making this important industry event more affordable. MBA has negotiated
savings of more than 30% on the hotel room rates for attendees of MBA's CREF/Multifamily Housing Convention & Expo 2010. The Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino is offering attendees a special low rate of $169/night for rooms at the Mandalay Bay and $199/night at THEhotel. The discounted
hotel rate cutoff date is January 7. The cutoff date does not ensure availability of rooms. If rooms are available until the cutoff date, you will receive the
discounted hotel rate. After the cutoff date, reservations will be made on a space-available basis only, and you will be charged
the regular hotel rate.

All reservations made within the MBA block must be for an active registration to the CREF/Multifamily Convention & Expo 2010 . MBA will monitor reservations at the Mandalay Bay on a regular basis. Any reservation that remains unaccompanied by an active registration for the convention will be subject to cancellation.
