Tom Cunningham is Vice President and Associate Director of Research for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. He serves on
the Bank's Information Technology and Risk Management Committees, and is a member of the Federal Reserve System's Information

Prior to his appointment as Associate Director of Research he served as Vice President in the research department, where he

with the macropolicy group in 1985, specializing in macroeconomics and monetary theory. Dr. Cunningham previously worked as

and analysis of legislative and regulatory issues. In early 2001, Brinkmann joined the Mortgage Bankers Association and headed

Michael W. Young, 2012 Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association, is Chairman of the Board of Cenlar FSB. Young became
Vice Chairman of MBA in October 2009. An active MBA member for more than four decades, Young is a former member of MBA Board
of Directors and currently sits on MBA's Council on Ensuring Mortgage Liquidity, a task force of MBA members created to examine
policy options and issue recommendations for the future of the secondary mortgage market. Young has also served on MBA's Residential
Board of Governors and its Strategic Planning Committee.
