Discount cutoff: October 17, 2012
The Fairmont Dallas is sold out. Please feel free to use the Sheraton Downtown Dallas as another option for your hotel reservation. MBA is not holding a block
of rooms or providing shuttle service.
Room Reservation Deadline: October 17, 2012
The room reservation deadline does not ensure availability of rooms. If rooms are available until the deadline, you will receive
the discounted hotel rate. After the deadline, reservations will be made on a space-available basis only, and you will be
charged the regular hotel rate.
Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. A small percentage of the room rate is rebated to MBA to
offset conference costs.
All reservations made within the MBA block must be for an active registration to the Independent Mortgage Bankers Conference.
Any reservation that remains unaccompanied by an active registration for the conference will be subject to cancellation. Each
paid conference registrant may reserve one guestroom.
A credit card valid through the month in which the event takes place is required to guarantee the reservation. The hotel will
charge one night's room and tax for a deposit at the time the reservation is confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable if the
reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
To avoid possible early checkout fees, please advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
All suite requests will be pre-approved by MBA and assigned on a priority basis to active sponsors and exhibitors.
