MBA is pleased to offer group registration discounts to MBA members. Take advantage of the following pricing options when
you register ten or more members from your company. In order to take advantage of the group registration discount, all registrations
must be submitted at the same time. Group Registrations are accepted via fax only. Fax to (202) 289-0671. Please download and photocopy the form and provide a separate registration form for each member of your group.
Early registration received with payment by January 21: Price per member when you register 10-20: $955 per person Price per member when you register 21+: $910 per person
Regular registration received with payment after January 22: Price per member when you register 10-20: $1,145 per person Price per member when you register 21+: $1,115 per person

Send requests in writing to the attention of "Registration Substitutions" and include a $50 processing fee. See "Five Easy Ways to Register" for contact information.
To guarantee that your name will appear on the final registration list, your substitution request must be received on or before
January 21, 2011. After January 21, 2011, all substitutions must be done on site. Send requests in writing to "MBA Cancellations." See below for the refund schedule.
* Received on or before January 21, 2011 : Full refund minus $50 processing fee * Received between January 22-February 11, 2011: Refund of 50 percent of the registration fee *February 11, 2011: No refunds after this date
Send substitution and cancellation requests by fax, mail, express mail or email (see information in "Five Easy Ways to Register").
If any person who has registered as part of the special group discounted rates cancels their registration, the standard Cancellations
and Refunds policy will apply. In addition, the group discounted rates will be adjusted if applicable.
In the unlikely event of program cancellation, MBA will refund 100 percent of registration fees paid. MBA assumes no liability
for any penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other fees, charges, penalties or other
incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation.
