Servicing Management Workshop
February 14, 2006

MBA's Servicing Management Workshop is a must-attend event for all process managers in the servicing arena. After years of record-breaking refinance activities, the focus is on servicing for profitability, performance and asset management. At the same time, additional pressure is being placed on improving customer relations, managing litigation risk and compliance with the growing complexity of laws, regulations and local ordinance. This one-day workshop is your opportunity to discuss the most critical issues of the day. After the Opening General Session, attendees will break into one of three sessions: Default Management, Prime Servicing Management Roundtable and Non-Prime Servicing Management Roundtable. The roundtables are designed to allow you to set part of the agenda. Moderators will facilitate discussion on all topics of interest.

Who Should Attend

The workshop is open to all process managers in the servicing arena. With significant amounts of activity being outsourced to third parties, we invite mortgage company managers to bring their servicing manager partners from outsourcing companies to share information in an informational atmosphere.
