MBA offers airfare and car rental discounts.Please contact Travel Incorporated, MBA's official travel agency, to take advantage of special discounts on airfare and car
rentals. You can make your travel arrangements (Monday-Friday, 24 hours a day). A proposed schedule will be sent to you immediately.
Reservations will include 5-10 percent savings depending on the destination and meeting. You may also call our official air
carriers and car rental agencies directly. Airfare DiscountPlease ask your travel or airline agent to use the following airline code when making your MBA travel arrangements. Using the appropriate meeting code will ensure discount savings for you and help MBA track its airline volume.
Car Rental DiscountsMBA members can obtain discounts by contacting the car rental agency directly and providing the identification number.
AccommodationsThe official MBA housing bureau will accept new reservations, changes and cancellations based on availability until 5:00 p.m., CST, Friday, December 30, 2005, but only after you have registered and paid for MBA's CREF/Multifamily Housing Convention & Expo 2006 through MBA.Once your registration has been processed by MBA (approximately 3-5 business days after receipt), you will receive a registration confirmation letter with information on how to make your hotel reservations. Program registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. The hotel cut-off date is December 30, 2005. As of today, our housing bureau will no longer accept new reservations or changes. All registrants are instructed to call the hotels directly after Monday, January 9. Once you have registered, you may contact the hotels directly, after January 9.

Resort fees may apply and vary by hotel. Changes and Cancellations A credit card valid thru February 2006 is required to guarantee a reservation. All reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through ITS until December 30, 2005, by 5:00 p.m. CST, based on
availability. After December 30, 2005, the hotel will charge one night's room and tax for a deposit. ***Cancellations within
five (5) days prior to arrival will result in the loss of one night's room and tax. Penalties for early departure are enforced
and vary by hotel. DON'T BE A NO SHOW. You are responsible for canceling your reservation if you cannot attend through ITS or direct with the hotel. (MBA does not
cancel sleeping rooms.) ***Cancel Policy for Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort and the BuenaVista Palace (former Wyndham Palace Resort & Spa): As
of January 4, 2006, the hotel will charge a two night non-refundable deposit. Reservation name changes for the same arrival
and departure dates will be permitted after this date. Any room reservations cancelled after January 4, 2006, will forfeit
the two nights deposit.Shuttle Bus Service Daily Shuttle Service is available to transport convention attendees quickly and comfortably to and from the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. It is highly recommend for attendees to utilize this service, due to very limited parking at the Swan and Dolphin Hotels.
