Important Deadlines to Remember
Register Early and Save
Register by January 5, 2007, and save on registration fees.
January 5, 2007: Cut-off for hotel room block/changes
Early registration received with payment by January 5, 2007: MBA Member: $795 Nonmember: $1,950
January 5, 2007: Early Convention registration/final registration list/substitutions
Regular registration received with payment after January 6, 2007 and before February 1, 2007: MBA Member: $895 Nonmember: $2,175
February 2-7, 2007: On-site Convention registration fees apply

Advance Registration List and Final Registration List
For your name to appear on the online Advance Registration List, MBA must have your completed registration form with payment
by December 1, 2006. For your name to appear in the Final Registration List, MBA must have your completed registration form
with payment by January 5, 2007.
Note: Registrant badges can only be picked up by the registered individual unless prior arrangements have been made.
Substitutions
Send requests in writing to the attention of “Registration Substitutions.” See “Five Easy Ways to Register” for contact information. If you have not yet registered or will be substituting for someone currently registered,
please do so by January 5, 2007. If the substitute’s name is not submitted by January 5, 2007, then the original registrant’s
name will be listed on the Advance Registration List. In order to appear on the Final Registration List, substitutions must be received by January 5. After January 5, all substitutions
must be done onsite. A $50 substitution fee will be charged after January 5, 2007.
Cancellations and Refunds
Send requests in writing to "MBA Cancellations." See below for the refund schedule.
* Received on or before January 5, 2007: Full refund minus $50 processing fee * Received between January 6– January 26, 2007: Refund of 50 percent of the registration fee * January 26, 2007: No refunds after this date
Send Substitution and Cancellation Requests by fax, mail, express mail or e-mail (see information in "Five Easy Ways to Register").
Program Cancellation
In the unlikely event of program cancellation, MBA will refund 100 percent of registration fees paid. MBA assumes no liability
for any penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other fees, charges, penalties or other
incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation.
Guest Policy
All registrants are limited to one guest. A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other, friend or an adult child (18
or over) who is not in an industry-related occupation. Co-workers or associates in the industry may not use the guest registration
category.

NO AUDIO OR VIDEO TAPING OF THE PROGRAM PERMITTED
*Use Express Mail for overnight deliveries to meet registration cut-off dates when applicable. Express mail only ensures postmark
date for registration fees.
