MBA Offers Airfare and Car Rental Discounts

Please contact Travel Incorporated, MBA's official travel agency, to take advantage of special discounts on airfare and car rentals. You can make your travel arrangements (M-F, 24 hours a day). A proposed schedule will be sent to you immediately. Reservations will include 5-10 percent savings depending on the destination and meeting. You may also call our official air carriers and car rental agencies directly.

Accommodations

As of 5:00 pm CST on Tuesday, January 9, MBA’s official housing bureau is no longer accepting new reservations, changes and cancellations.

The Holiday Inn on the Bay is still accepting reservations based on availability at regular room rates.  You may contact the Holiday Inn on the Bay at (619) 232-3861.  You may also contact San Diego Concierge at (800) 979-9091 and they will assist you with your hotel accommodations.  Be sure to mention you are attending MBA's CREF/Multifamily Housing Convention & Expo 2007.

If you have an EXISTING hotel reservation, which was made through MBA’s official housing bureau and require further assistance please contact the hotel directly beginning Tuesday, January 16.  Please see below for hotel phone numbers.

The official MBA housing bureau will accept new reservations, changes and cancellations based on availability until 5:00 p.m., CST, Friday, January 5, 2007 for the hotels listed below, but only after you have registered and paid for MBA's CREF/Multifamily Housing Convention & Expo through MBA.

Once your registration has been processed by MBA (approximately 3-5 business days after receipt), you will receive a registration confirmation letter with information on how to make your hotel reservations.

The discounted hotel rate cut-off date is January 5, 2007. After the cut-off date, reservations will be made on a space available basis only, and you will be charged the regular hotel rate. Each paid registrant may reserve only one room or suite. An attendee cannot reserve multiple rooms.

Changes and Cancellations
A credit card valid through February 2007 is required to guarantee a reservation. All reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through ITS by January 5, 2007 by 5:00 p.m. CST, based on availability. After January 5, 2007, upon receipt of the rooming list, the hotel will charge one night's room and tax for a deposit.  Cancellations within 72 hours of individual arrival will be assessed one night's room and tax penalty. After January 15, 2007 you may contact the hotels directly for changes and cancellations. Penalties for early departure are enforced. DO NOT BE A NO SHOW. Cancel your reservation if you cannot attend.
