Lou Holtz has established himself as one of the most successful college football coaches of all time. During his 26 seasons as a collegiate head coach--for teams including William and Mary, North Carolina State, Arkansas, Minnesota, South Carolina and Notre Dame--Holtz earned a sterling reputation for turning pretenders into contenders. He elevated football programs a level or two on their way to the top 20. Nowhere was his work more recognized than his 11 seasons with Notre Dame. Currently he serves as a college football studio analyst on ESPN. Holtz is also the author of three New York Times best-selling books.

Famous for being a motivator, a demanding disciplinarian and a person who relishes challenges and hard work, Holtz will speak about overcoming seemingly impossible challenges by setting your own goals and working to achieve them.

Attendees are urged to provide more effective input in discussing techniques to enhance negotiating skills with the client and vis-à-vis the adversary.
