Featuring HUD Senior Staff

CampusMBA’s RESPA Review LIVE Online Workshop
Wednesday, September 8, 2010, 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Cost per workshop: MBA Member: $175, Nonmember: $225

Implementation of the new RESPA rule's revised GFE and HUD-1 has been extraordinarily challenging for the financial and real estate settlement services industries. We recognize that numerous questions remain.

To help the industry navigate through these challenges, CampusMBA, the education division of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), is offering an ongoing series of 90-minute webinars, offered on a regular basis.

Attend webinars in this series to get up-to-date guidance on implementation of the new RESPA rule. Each session will be conducted by expert U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) staff as well as MBA, company compliance and law firm experts. Teresa Payne, Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary for Regulatory Affairs and Manufactured Housing, HUD, and Barton Shapiro, Deputy Director of HUD's Office of RESPA and Interstate Land Sales, as well as other HUD RESPA staff will participate.

Each installment will include an update on any new HUD RESPA guidance and a discussion of current and emerging issues, and provide an unmatched opportunity for participants to get answers to their questions.

The next webinar takes place on Wednesday, September 8.
