Once your registration has been processed by MBA (approximately 3-5 business days after receipt), you will receive a registration confirmation letter with information on how to make your hotel reservations.

The discounted hotel rate cutoff date is February 20, 2009. The cutoff date does not ensure availability of rooms. If rooms are available until the cutoff date, you will receive the discounted hotel rate. After the cutoff date, reservations will be made on a space available basis only, and you will be charged the regular hotel rate.  In order to receive MBA's special negotiated room rate, you must follow the hotel reservation instructions outlined in your registration confirmation letter. Each paid registrant may reserve only one room or suite. An attendee cannot reserve multiple rooms.

Changes and Cancellations
A credit card valid through March 29, 2009 is required to guarantee a reservation. All reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through Experient through February 20, 2009, by 5:00 P.M. EST, based on availability. After February 20, 2009, the hotel will charge one night's room and tax for a deposit.

*Cancellations within five (5) days prior to arrival will result in the loss of one night's room and tax. Penalties for early departure are enforced and vary by hotel. DON'T BE A NO SHOW. If you cannot attend, you are responsible for canceling your reservation through Experient or direct with the hotel. (MBA does not cancel sleeping rooms.)

You can make your travel arrangements Monday through Friday, 24 hours a day. A proposed schedule will be sent to you immediately. Reservations will include 5-10 percent savings depending on the destination and meeting. You may also call our official air carriers and car rental agencies directly.
