Changes and Cancellations
A credit card valid through March 29, 2009 is required to guarantee a reservation. All reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through Experient through February 2, 2009, by 5:00 P.M. EST, based on availability. After February 2, 2009, the hotel will charge one night's room and tax for a deposit.

*Cancellations within five (5) days prior to arrival will result in the loss of one night's room and tax. Penalties for early departure are enforced and vary by hotel. DON'T BE A NO SHOW. If you cannot attend, you are responsible for canceling your reservation through Experient or direct with the hotel. (MBA does not cancel sleeping rooms.)

Special Mandalay Bay Deal Cutoff Date: January 15, 2009.

1. All rooms confirmed within the MBA block, by January 15, 2009, will be upgraded to THEhotel suites at no additional charge (learn more about THEhotel at Mandalay Bay). You must ask for this deal when making reservations through MBA's official housing bureau.

2. All attendees confirmed within the MBA block on a non-refundable basis by Janury 15, 2009, will receive a complimentary $500 return trip airfare credit voucher. The voucher will be distributed at check-in. You must ask for this deal when making reservations through MBA's official housing bureau. The terms of the voucher are:

 a. Up to $500 credit towards the base fare of airline ticket on a return visit to Mandalay Bay
 b. The return trip (airfare and hotel) must be purchased through Hotel designated agency.  The agency will select the carrier and routing
 c. The airfare must be a single roundtrip coach class airline ticket from any airport in the USA to Las Vegas.  Airfare and the return stay must be booked a minimum of 21-days in advance of arrival
 d. A corresponding return stay of 3 nights or more at Mandalay Bay is required.  Hotel reservations are subject to availability and will be booked at the rates displayed on Mandalay Bay’s website at time of booking
 e. Voucher must be registered by mail within 30 days of checkout by the person that received the  voucher during the qualifying stay.  The return trip must be booked within three months of registration and the stay completed within two months of the booking date
 f. Taxes and fees on airfare paid will be paid by passenger
 g. The voucher can be used on a single return trip only.  If the full $500 value is not used on the return trip, the award holds no residual value
