Hotel
Program registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Be sure to make your reservations before the hotel cutoff date of May 20, 2008. The cutoff date does not ensure availability of rooms. If rooms are available until May 20, you will receive the discounted hotel rate provided below. After May 20, reservations are made on a space-available basis only, and you are charged the regular hotel rate.
