• Regulatory Panel 1: TILA, RESPA and HOEPA Update
The industry is facing major regulatory changes under the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act (HOEPA)/Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), which it must implement during the next year. Additional TILA disclosure rules are just around the corner.
