Alan C. "Ace" Greenberg is Chairman of the Executive Committee of The Bear Stearns Companies, Inc., the parent company of
Bear Stearns & Co., a leading Wall Street firm. Mr. Greenberg has been affiliated with Bear Stearns for more than 50 years,
joining the firm in 1949 as a clerk and subsequently becoming a trader. He was made a partner in 1958 and was named Chief
Executive Officer in 1978. In 1985, when the firm went public, he was named Chairman of the Board as well. He relinquished
his role as Chief Executive Officer in 1993 and retired as Chairman in June 2001. During his long career, Mr. Greenberg built
a reputation as one of Wall Street's most successful traders and industry visionaries. Under his leadership, Bear Stearns
became one of the industry's top market makers and clearing houses.

David B. Lowman is Chief Executive Officer of Global Mortgage at Chase. Mr. Lowman is responsible for mortgage origination,
home equity, loan servicing and default and community development.
He joined the company in November 2006, after nearly 10 years in senior mortgage and consumer finance roles at Citigroup.
Within the last three years, he also served as President and CEO of CitiFinancial International, which assists consumers through
nearly 2,000 stores in 24 countries.
Lowman began his career as an auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick where he worked with financial services firms. He then worked for
11 years at Prudential Home Mortgage, serving as CFO and in key roles in mortgage operations and wholesale lending. He earned
a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and accounting from the University of Maryland

Michael A. Marriott is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse and Co-Head of Structured Products, based in New York. This group
includes RMBS, CMBS and ABS Trading and RMBS Origination. He is a member of Credit Suisse's Management Council.
Previously, Mr. Marriott was Head of CMBS and ABS Trading. Mr. Marriott joined the Firm in 1996 as a Vice President and Head
of Agency Multifamily Trading.
Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Marriott was at Smith Barney, Inc. for six years in the real estate finance group and
on the CMBS trading desk. Prior to this, he was with Lepercq Capital Partners for two years and with Merrill Lynch & Co. for
three years.
Mr. Marriott received a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Stern School of Business at
New York University.

David A. Wyss is chief economist at Standard & Poor's, based in New York. In this position, he is responsible for S&P's economic
forecasts and publications, and co-authors the monthly Equity Insight and the weekly Financial Notes. David joined Data Resources,
Inc. in 1979 as an economist in the European Economic Service in London, which was acquired by McGraw-Hill. He came back
to the United States in 1983 as Chief Financial Economist for DRI/McGraw-Hill, became chief economist for Standard & Poor's
DRI in 1992, and chief economist for Standard & Poor's in 1999. Before joining DRI, Dr. Wyss was a Senior Staff Economist
with the President's Council of Economic Advisers, Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve Board, and Economic Advisor to
the Bank of England.
David holds a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University. He is
on the board of the National Association for Business Economics. David testifies regularly before Congress, is quoted regularly
in the press, and has appeared on many major television programs. He has written many articles for popular and professional
publications.
