to you immediately. Reservations will include 5-10 percent savings depending on the destination and meeting. You may also

The housing deadline has now passed. If you still require hotel accommodations, please contact the hotel(s) directly after

After the cutoff date, reservations will be made on a space available basis only, and you will be charged the regular hotel
rate. Each paid registrant may reserve only one room or suite. An attendee cannot reserve multiple rooms.
A credit card valid through April 2008 is required to guarantee a reservation. All reservations, changes and cancellations
must be made through Experient through April 8, 2008, by 5:00 p.m. CST, based on availability. After April 8, 2008, the hotel
will charge one night's room and tax for a deposit.
*Cancellations within 72 hours of individual arrival date will be assessed one night's room and tax penalty. Penalties for
early departure are enforced and vary by hotel. DON'T BE A NO SHOW. Cancel your reservation if you cannot attend.
