John A. Courson President and Chief Executive Officer Mortgage Bankers Association Session: Opening General Session: GSE Secondary Market Executives Update
John Courson has been involved in the mortgage industry for more than 40 years and served as Chairman of MBA in 2003. He worked
as a loan officer on both commercial and residential loans at a Denver branch of Fort Wayne Mortgage where he would eventually become
the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Courson also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Central
Pacific Mortgage Company, of Westwood Mortgage Corporation and of Fundamental Mortgage.
From 2004 to 2008, Courson served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the California Housing Finance Agency, a position
to which he was appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Prior to serving as MBA’s Chairman in 2003, Courson served as a member of MBA's Board of Directors, as well as on both the
Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG) and the Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors (COMBOG). He
served as Chairman of RESBOG from 1999 to 2000. Additionally, he served as Chairman of MBA's Legislative Steering Committee,
MORPAC, MBA's State and Local Liaison Committee and Mortgage Reform Task Force. He also served as President of the California
Mortgage Bankers Association from 1997 to 1998 and Michigan Mortgage Bankers Association from 1978 to 1979 and as a Director
of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association from 1986 to 2000.

David H. Stevens Assistant Secretary for Housing - Federal Housing Commissioner U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Session: Opening General Session: GSE Secondary Market Executives Update
Commissioner Stevens has direct responsibility for oversight and administration of the FHA insurance portfolio, which includes
multifamily housing, insured health care facilities and well over 20 percent of mortgages in the domestic single family market. He
also has responsibility for other programs within HUD, such the regulatory areas of RESPA and the SAFE Act.
His vast background in housing includes experience as a senior executive in finance, sales, mortgage acquisition and investment,
risk management and regulatory oversight. Commissioner Stevens started his professional career with a sixteen-year tenure
at the World Savings Bank. He later was a Senior Vice President at Freddie Mac and an Executive Vice President at Wells Fargo. Prior
to his nomination and confirmation as Commissioner of FHA, Stevens was president and chief operating officer of Long and Foster
Companies, the nation's largest, privately-held real estate firm. Stevens currently serves on the NeighborWorks America board
of directors.

Kevin M. Neylan Senior Vice President, Head of Strategy and Business Development Federal Home Loan Bank of New York Session: Opening General Session: GSE Secondary Market Executives Update
Kevin M. Neylan is responsible for developing and monitoring the execution of the Bank's business strategy. He is also responsible
for overseeing the Bank's Marketing and Sales, Human Resources and Legal functions. Mr. Neylan is a member of the Bank's Management
Committee and the Asset-Liability Management Committee, and is Chairman of the Disclosure Committee. He has over twenty years
experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining the Bank in April 2001, he was a partner in the financial
service consulting group of one of the Big Four accounting firms.

Donald J. Bisenius Executive Vice President, Single Family Credit Guarantee Business Freddie Mac Session: Opening General Session: GSE Secondary Market Executives Update
Donald J. Bisenius joined Freddie Mac in 1992 and was named executive vice president of the Single Family Credit Guarantee
Business at Freddie Mac in May 2009. In this capacity, he oversees the sourcing, pricing and securitization of new business
as well as management of the outstanding credit guarantee portfolio. Mr. Bisenius is accountable for the overall performance
of Freddie Mac's $1.8 trillion single family credit guarantee business.
Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Bisenius served in a variety of positions with the Federal Housing Finance Board in Washington,
DC, and the Federal Home Loan Bank Board

Karen R. Pallotta Executive Vice President, Single-Family Mortgage Business Fannie Mae Session: Opening General Session: GSE Secondary Market Executives Update
A 20-year Fannie Mae veteran, Karen Pallotta is currently responsible for all aspects of the Single-Family Guaranty Business,
delivering on Fannie Mae's important housing market liquidity and stability goals, management of more than 2,300 customer
relationships and leadership of strategic business initiatives designed to support the mortgage industry.
Prior to becoming Executive Vice President in May 2009, Ms. Pallotta was Senior Vice President for the Product Acquisition
Strategy and Support division, responsible for product acquisition, pricing, strategic positioning and organizational activities
necessary to support customer relationships for the guaranty business. In addition, she was responsible for Single-Family's
automated business solutions and product development, as well as the design, implementation and management of key initiatives.

Theodore W. Tozer President Ginnie Mae Session: Opening General Session: GSE Secondary Market Executives Update
Theodore W. Tozer was sworn in as President of Ginnie Mae on February 24, 2010, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience
in the mortgage, banking and securities industries. Prior to his appointment as President, Mr. Tozer served as Senior Vice
President of Capital Markets at the National City Mortgage Company (NCM) for over 20 years. There, his responsibilities included
pipeline hedging, pricing, loan sales, loan delivery and credit guideline exceptions. While at NCM, the company's annual loan
sales grew from $1 billion in 1989 to $106 billion in 2003. During his tenure, NCM never experienced a loss.
Mr. Tozer has also served as a charter member of Fannie Mae's National Lender Advisory Board since 2008. Since 2002, Tozer
has been a member of Freddie Mac's National Lender Advisory Board. From 2002 to 2004, he was Chairman of the Capital Markets
committee of the MBA. While Chairman, Mr. Tozer successfully worked with Ginnie Mae to change the structure of the Ginnie
Mae II security. He also significantly influenced MBA's decision to advocate for the Federal Home Loan Banks as an effective
alternative to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Mr. Tozer also served as a member of the MBA Board of Governors from 2002 to 2004,
as trustee of the Ohio Mortgage Bankers Association from 1999 to 2001, and as part of the Fannie Mae Midwest Secondary Advisory
Group from 1994 to 1999.
