Registrants with name/date changes and cancellations must contact their respective hotel directly beginning Friday, January 30, please see below for hotel contact information.

Once your registration has been processed by MBA (approximately 3-5 business days after receipt), you will receive a registration confirmation letter with information on how to make your hotel reservations.

The discounted hotel rate cutoff date is January 19, 2009. The cutoff date does not ensure availability of rooms. If rooms are available until the cutoff date, you will receive the discounted hotel rate. After the cutoff date, reservations will be made on a space available basis only, and you will be charged the regular hotel rate. In order to receive MBA's special negotiated room rate, you must follow the hotel reservation instructions outlined in your registration confirmation letter. Each paid registrant may reserve only one room or suite. An attendee cannot reserve multiple rooms.

The official MBA housing bureau will accept new reservations, changes and cancellations based on availability until 5:00 p.m., EST, January 19, 2009  but only after you have registered and paid for MBA's National Mortgage Servicing Conference & Expo 2009 through MBA.

Changes and Cancellations
A credit card valid through January 19, 2009 is required to guarantee a reservation. All reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through Experient through January 19, 2009, by 5:00 p.m., EST, based on availability. After January 19, 2009, the hotel will charge one night's room and tax for a deposit.

*Cancellations within five (5) days prior to arrival will result in the loss of one night's room and tax. Penalties for early departure are enforced and vary by hotel. DON'T BE A NO SHOW. If you cannot attend, you are responsible for canceling your reservation through Experient or direct with the hotel.  (MBA does not cancel sleeping rooms.)

The Tampa Convention Center, a 600,000 square-foot facility located along the Riverwalk in the heart of downtown Tampa, is the proud host of this year's conference. The headquarter hotel, Marriott Tampa Waterside Hotel
and Marina, is directly connected to the Convention Center and a short walk to adjacent first-class accommodations, great downtown shopping, movies and restaurants. We look forward to seeing you in Tampa.
