Group Rates
MBA is pleased to offer group registration discounts to our members. All registrations must be submitted at the same time. Download the group registration form and provide a separate form for each member of your group. Email the forms to meetings@mortgagebankers.org or fax to (202) 289-0671.

Substitutions
Send requests to meetings@mortgagebankers.org. Please be aware a $50 processing fee will apply. In order to guarantee that your name appears on the final registration
list, your substitution request must be received on or before January 8.
Cancellations and Refunds
Send requests to meetings@mortgagebankers.org. Cancellations received on or before January 8: Full refund minus $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between January
9 - February 5: 50% of registration fee refunded. No refunds after February 5.
If any person who has registered as part of a group registration cancels their registration, the standard Cancellations and
Refunds policy will apply. In addition, the group rates will be adjusted if applicable.
Program Cancellation
In the unlikely event this program is cancelled, MBA will refund 100% of registration fees paid. MBA assumes no liability
for any penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other fees, charges, penalties or other
incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation.
