MBA offers airfare and car rental discounts.

Please contact Travel Incorporated, MBA's official travel agency, to take advantage of special discounts on airfare and car rentals. You can make your travel arrangements Monday-Friday, 24 hours a day. A proposed schedule will be sent to you immediately. Reservations will include 5-10 percent savings depending on the destination and meeting. You may also call our official air carriers and car rental agencies directly.

Airfare Discounts

Please ask your travel or airline agent to use the following airline codes when making your MBA travel arrangements. Using the appropriate meeting code will ensure discount savings for you and help MBA track its airline volume.

Car Rental Discounts

MBA members can obtain discounts by contacting the car rental agency directly and providing the identification number.

Accommodations

MBA’s room block at the San Diego Marriott Resort & Marina and Manchester Grand Hyatt hotels are sold out.  The official MBA housing bureau will no longer accept new reservations, changes and cancellations.

Note: If you already have an EXISTING hotel reservation at the San Diego Marriott Resort & Marina or Manchester Grand Hyatt, which was made through the MBA’s official housing bureau and require further assistance please contact the hotels directly (Marriot can be contacted beginning Wednesday, March 8 and Hyatt can be contacted beginning Tuesday, March 14).  Please see below for hotel phone numbers. 

For NEW reservations, please contact either hotel directly.  Reservations will be accepted based on availability and you will be charged the regular hotel rate.

Changes and Cancellations

A credit card valid thru April 2006 is required to guarantee a reservation. All reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through ITS until 5:00 p.m. CST, February 27, 2006. After February 27, 2006, the hotel will charge one night's room and tax for a deposit. ***Cancellations within five (5) days prior to arrival will result in the loss of one night's room and tax. Penalties for early departure are enforced. DON'T BE A NO SHOW. You are responsible for canceling your reservation if you cannot attend through ITS or directly with the hotel.  (MBA does not cancel sleeping rooms.)
